Food Vendor's Statement of Ingredients

Enter your 15 most predominant ingredients in order of ingredients used most often and largest in quantity. Be as specific as possible in completing the source and location of each product (state the manufacturer and their location, not simply the retailer). You may combine ingredients where applicable (i.e. the same supplier for fruit or spices), providing they all share the same traits (i.e. supplier, location, organic or not).

Oaklands West Coast Winter Market food vendors may be asked by the market to substantiate information on their Statement of Ingredients. Therefore, please retain all of invoices/receipts from the entire season for all items listed on your Statement of Ingredients. Claims of stating a product as "organic" must be supported by certified documents.
