Market Days: WEDNESDAYS July 4, July 18, August 1, August 15
Market Hours: 5:00pm - 9:00pm (or 10pm)
** The Market will be in full bloom throughout selected events (for example, both Market and Music Fest will be happening simultaneously, as well as the with the Market and Street Hockey tournament). For events such as the Dinner Theatre and Community Talent Show, the Market will be running from 5pm to approximately 7:30pm when we will transition over to the event of the evening. We invite all of our vendors to stay posted at their booth until close if they wish, or shut down come 8pm to join in the fun!
Vendor Set-Up/Take down: 4:30pm - 10:30pm
Requirements to be a Vendor:
- You must fall under the "make, bake, or grow" categories laid out by the BC Association of Farmer's Markets. This means the products you sell must either have been made or grown by you or your collective farm.
Food Vendors:
- Food vendors please visit the VIHA website for guidelines on the sale of food at temporary food markets:
- Oaklands Community Centre does require that any vendor selling prepared foods bring a copy of the VIHA approved letter for food sale at temporary food markets to the centre to keep on file.
Vendors providing On-Site Services:
- If a vendor wishes to provide on-site service which involves the physical manipulation of the body, the vendor must supply a copy of an insurance certificate for the practitioner that names as an additional insured, Oaklands Community Association and the Greater Victoria School District #61.
Tips for Vendors:
- Please come prepared for the weather... this market will operate rain or shine
- Prepared foods must include a list of ingredients

Register to be a vendor:
To apply to be a vendor, or if you represent a non-profit organization interested in having a display, complete the registration form and submit to Alex Harned at alex@oaklandscommunitycentre.com by April 15th. There will be a Meet & Greet for all vendors at Oaklands Community Centre in mid-April after all applications have been received.
